Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a born in Holland. She is an American actress and singer. She is well-known for her performances in theatre as well as for starring in the role of Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel show That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is an Dutch base American actress (Female) and a vocalist who is best known for her recurring roles in a TV series That's So Raven.
